Know your Turo guests: repeat guests, do-not-rent notes and reviews

Updated October 30, 2026, 4 minute read

Turo shows you one trip at a time. Run enough cars and you stop remembering who returned the car spotless and who brought it back late with a toll bill. A customer list fixes that.

One list of everyone who rented

Customers lists everyone who rented from you. The same person is matched across trips by their Turo driver id or Turo profile photo. A guest with neither shows once per trip, so a few repeat guests can appear twice.

"Refresh from Turo" pulls your full Turo trip history, and tiles at the top show guests, repeat guests, lifetime value and follow-ups due.

What's on a guest's page

Their trips, the reviews they gave, and the incidents and charges (late returns, tolls and tickets, reimbursements, extra miles), along with your private notes, tags and follow-ups with due dates.

Do not rent

Mark a guest and DriveIt notifies you if they book again, with a red tag on Reservations and the Turo inbox, so you can act on Turo. DriveIt can't stop a Turo booking, and nothing is ever sent to the guest.

Decide what to do based on what happened on their trips, and follow Turo's rules on how you treat guests.

Repeat guest badges

Reservations marks an upcoming trip when the guest has rented from you before. Click the badge to see their past trips.

A rule to respect

The list helps you run Turo trips better. Turo doesn't allow taking a Turo booking or guest off the platform, so don't use it to contact Turo guests about booking elsewhere.

This guide is general information, not legal, tax or insurance advice. Rules differ by state and city; check with a local attorney, accountant or insurance broker for your business.

Run your Turo operation from one place

Every tool is free for the rest of 2026, and direct bookings are there when you want them.
