Common questions
Is DriveIt a replacement for Turo?
It can be, but most hosts use it alongside Turo. Turo keeps bringing marketplace guests; DriveIt handles the bookings that come to you directly, with both on one calendar.
Do direct bookings cost guests less?
Usually. Direct guests don't pay Turo's guest fees, and you don't pay Turo's host share, so you can price a little under Turo and still keep more.
What do I need before my first direct trip?
Insurance that covers renting to the public, a rental agreement, a Stripe account for payments, and your deposit and fee rules. Our guide walks through each one.
Keep Turo, add direct
Your Turo listings keep running. Your direct bookings get their own site, their own payments, and the same calendar.
