How to ask Turo to remove a review, and how to write the request
Updated October 30, 2026, 4 minute read
One unfair review can stay on a listing for a long time. Turo has a form for asking it to be removed, but the window is short and the answer has to rest on what actually happened on the trip.
The 30-day limit
Turo only takes requests for trips that ended within the last 30 days, so check new low ratings often. Turo decides what qualifies, and no tool can guarantee a removal.
Draft the answers from the evidence
On Reservations, a 1 to 4 star Turo review gets "Ask Turo to remove this review". DriveIt uses AI to draft the answers to Turo's form from the review, your messages with the guest and the car's GPS.
Read every answer and correct it. You're the one making the statement to Turo.
File it on Turo
Turo's form opens in a new tab and can't be filled in automatically, so copy each answer across. It takes a few minutes.
See what Turo decided
When Turo support emails its answer and your email forwarding is on, DriveIt matches it to the trip. The strip says whether the review was removed or doesn't qualify, "Reply" shows the email, and "Solved" hides the strip.
Spot the pattern
Ratings & Reviews shows your last 10 reviews as a bar, and "Review Per Car" shows each car's last 10 trips: green for 5 stars, red for less, yellow while the guest's 10-day window is still open. A car that keeps getting red usually has a fixable problem.
While that window is open, "Request rating" messages the guest on Turo to ask for a rating.
