DriveIt vs. FleetSnap, for Turo hosts
FleetSnap sells software plans and, on its Concierge plan, a 24/7 virtual operations team made of people. DriveIt is software only. That's the main difference, and the rest follows from it. As of October 2026.

What DriveIt does on Turo and beside it
- Matches toll notices to Turo trips and posts them to Turo with the notice attached
- Drafts Turo review removal requests from the trip's evidence and reads Turo's decision from its email
- Bouncie and MooveTrax trackers feed readings, pickup times and late-return checks
- Your own booking website with two-way Turo calendar blocking, paid into your Stripe account
Who each one fits
If you want people, not just software, to run your operation, FleetSnap's Concierge plan is exactly that, and DriveIt isn't.
If you run your own operation and want the Turo paperwork filed from one screen, plus direct bookings in the same account, that's DriveIt.
Questions
Does DriveIt have a human operations team?
No. DriveIt is software, and nobody at DriveIt messages your guests.
Can an assistant I hire work in DriveIt?
Partly. Team Access gives them a login to see cars and trips and to update a car's status. Team logins don't answer guest messages or file on Turo today.
