Turo management software, from check-in to profit per car

DriveIt runs the day-to-day of a Turo business from one login: trips and check-ins, tolls and reviews, guests, payouts, profit per car, and the cars themselves. It works alongside your Turo account as a co-host, for hosts with a handful of cars up to a small fleet, and every tool is free for the rest of 2026.

What managing a Turo business looks like with DriveIt

Not a feature list (that's on the tools page), but the work, by how often it comes up.

Every day

One calendar for every car
Turo trips and blocked dates for all your cars in one view, with the guest, the car and its status on each trip.
Check-ins and check-outs on time
File Turo's readings from DriveIt, filled in from the car's tracker or read from a walk-around video. An unfiled check-in turns red in its last hour.
Parking and keys
Post the parking location and how the guest gets the keys to Turo, remembered per car for next time.
Guest messages
Turo conversations in your DriveIt inbox, with scheduled messages before and after each trip.
Cars that aren't ready
A Not ready flag on the trip and the car when papers, maintenance or the listing need attention before pickup.

Every week

Tolls and tickets
Upload the notice, AI matches it to the trip, you post it to Turo with the notice attached, and the row follows it to paid.
Extra miles and late returns
Charge the miles over the limit once Turo's reading is in, and report a late return with the car's position checked.
Reviews
Draft Turo's review removal form from the trip's evidence, and see which cars keep getting low stars.
Papers and service
Expiry dates read from photos of registrations, insurance cards and inspections, maintenance due across the fleet, and jobs sent to your mechanic and car wash.

Every month

Payouts against your bank
What Turo says it paid next to what reached your account, with the ones that don't match highlighted.
Profit per car
Income, expenses, utilization, cost per mile and return for each car, from Turo's emails and CSVs and your bank.
Books
Split bank transactions across cars, pay vendors by card, and send trips and expenses to QuickBooks Online.
Co-host statements
Agreements that say the fee and who pays which expense, and statements for cars you run for other owners.

Built for the size you're at

With two or three cars, DriveIt is mostly about not missing windows: a check-in due before the trip starts, a toll notice that has to be filed before Turo's deadline, a registration that expires the week of a trip.

With ten or twenty, it's about the money and the people. Profit per car tells you which cars to keep. Team Access gives a manager, detailer or viewer their own login, limited to what that role can do and, if you want, to certain cars. Co-hosting agreements settle who gets what on cars you run for other owners.

Either way it works alongside Turo, not instead of it. DriveIt is a co-host on your Turo account, your listings and payouts stay on Turo, and nothing here asks you to move Turo guests off the platform.

What to look for in Turo management software

  • It should write to Turo, not just read it. Reading a calendar is easy. Filing a check-in, posting a toll or blocking dates is what saves the time. DriveIt does this through Turo's co-host role, and keeps a log of every request it sent and whether it worked.
  • It should work from what Turo already gives you. Trip data through the co-host invite; earnings, payouts and review answers from Turo's emails; history from Turo's CSV exports. No retyping.
  • It should know each car's real numbers. Not just trip income: expenses, utilization, cost per mile, and the return over the time you've owned the car.
  • It should keep you inside Turo's rules. The tools help you run Turo trips better. None of them contact Turo guests about booking elsewhere.
  • It should leave your Turo business where it is. Your listings, trips and payouts stay on Turo. DriveIt is a co-host on your Turo Teams.

What it takes to connect

Three things on your side: a co-host invitation to DriveIt on Turo Teams, Turo's emails forwarded from your Gmail, and your cars' VINs. A Bouncie or MooveTrax tracker is optional and fills in readings for you. The setup guide walks through each one, and the tools page says which tool needs which connection.

Free for the rest of 2026

Every DriveIt tool is free for the rest of 2026: no subscription and no booking commission from DriveIt. On direct bookings, Stripe's card fee (2.9% + 30¢ on standard US cards) goes to Stripe.

Direct bookings, when you want them

The same account has your own booking website, with guests paying straight into your Stripe account, and two-way calendar blocking so a direct booking never collides with a Turo trip. Use it when you're ready, or not at all.

Questions about managing Turo with DriveIt

Is DriveIt Turo management software or a direct booking platform?

Both, in that order. It's first a set of tools for running your Turo business: calendar, check-ins, tolls, reviews, guests, payouts and profit per car. Direct bookings are in the same account for when you want them, and you don't have to use them.

Does DriveIt replace the Turo app?

No. You still list, price and get paid on Turo. DriveIt sits alongside as a co-host, brings everything into one place, and files check-ins, tolls, parking locations and date blocks on Turo when you ask it to.

Can I manage cars I run for other owners?

Yes. A co-hosting agreement sets the fee (a percent, a flat amount per car per month, or an amount per trip) and who pays each kind of expense, and DriveIt produces the statements.

Can my team log in?

Yes. Team Access gives each person their own login as a manager, detailer or viewer, to see cars and trips or update a car's status, and, if you want, limited to certain cars.

Does DriveIt send Turo guests messages for me?

Scheduled messages you wrote go out before and after each trip, to Turo guests and direct guests alike, and Turo conversations show in your DriveIt inbox. You write every other reply.

How much does DriveIt cost?

Every DriveIt tool is free for the rest of 2026: no subscription and no booking commission from DriveIt. On direct bookings, Stripe's card fee (2.9% + 30¢ on standard US cards) goes to Stripe.

What do I need to connect Turo?

A co-host invitation on Turo Teams to DriveIt's co-host account, and Turo's emails forwarded from your Gmail. Turo setup explains both.
